RESERVING THE FACILITIES:
The fee for use of the church is to be paid at the time of booking, or mailed to the church office, and is non-refundable, as the church has reserved this time for you exclusively. The only exception would be a natural disaster or death to a principal member, declared in writing to the Board of Directors. All other fees for the Organist, Director and Pastor (and any other costs incurred) must be paid by check made out to each individual and delivered or mailed to the church office for arrival at least two weeks prior to the rehearsal. Please note that, until the fee for use of the church is received, your wedding is not booked, only tentatively reserved. Therefore, please let us know as soon as you have made a decision.
If the time of your wedding and/or rehearsal changes or the wedding is canceled or postponed, it will NOT be validated by us until the church office is contacted.
